A Proper Day Out — Not Just Childcare
Our holiday sessions are structured coaching days, not drop-in play schemes. Juniors learn real angling skills — casting, feeding a swim, playing and landing fish, fish care — in small coached groups, with games and challenges to keep the day fun. Complete beginners are always welcome, and everything is provided.

Keep It Going Every Wednesday
Most of our holiday juniors join the Wednesday Night Club afterwards — a new coaching course every month, 4:30–6:30pm, completely free. Register for the current course and the fishing doesn't have to stop when school starts.
Holiday Session Questions, Answered
The things parents ask before booking a school holiday fishing day.
Yes — coaching, tackle and bait are all provided free. The club is volunteer-run and funded by donations so no child misses out.
We coach children aged 5 to 16, with sessions adapted to age and ability. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll advise.
Weather-appropriate clothing, sun cream and a hat in summer, a packed lunch and plenty to drink. We provide everything else.
No — holiday sessions are perfect first fishing experiences, and plenty of complete beginners join every holiday.
Parents are welcome to stay and are encouraged to get involved — many end up learning alongside their children.
