COURSES

The coaching sessions offered by Summerhayes Juniors Fishing club are designed to help young anglers of all level’s and abilities, We try our best to keep the learning aspect of our courses to below 30 minutes to help them retain the information they are being taught, our aim as a club is to also help teach and inform non angling parents so they can be better prepared for there own sessions they may take their child on.

The Junior anglers are then sent off fishing for the rest of the session where they can put into practice the information they have been taught.

Each course runs for 3 weeks with the final week of the month being a fun session where the juniors can have a practice Match or other fun activities we can thank of.

Please Note All juniors before selecting their course must have completed the Introduction to Fishing Course which starts the first Wednesday of every month, to register your interest in this course please click here

Summerhayes Juniors can provide all the Fishing Tackle & bait required for your child to attend these courses, but it is highly recommended that some of the cheaper fishing tackle you purchase for yourself as and when you feel your child is going to stay with the sport, this will allow them to go out fishing outside of the club and really hone their skills.
