Sported is the UK's largest network of community groups using sport and physical activity to transform lives. Through expert mentoring, resources, training, and funding opportunities, Sported helps grassroots organisations become stronger, more sustainable, and more effective in delivering positive outcomes for young people.
Summerhayes Juniors is proud to be a member of the Sported network. Their support helps us continue providing free angling coaching, outdoor learning opportunities, and positive experiences for children and young people across Somerset. Through Sported, we gain access to specialist advice, volunteer development, governance support, and funding opportunities that help us grow and reach even more young anglers.
By working alongside Sported, we are strengthening our ability to use angling as a tool for education, wellbeing, confidence building, social development, and community engagement.
